Team Structure
Associate
For the Associate position, Intellecap hires post-graduates, who have one to two years of professional experience and excellent analytical skills. Associates are part of engagement teams that deliver on client projects, and can be called upon to play different roles, including that of a researcher, process and/or delivery manager, or for providing client interface support. They often enhance specific skills and thought-processes throughout the company.
Senior Associate
Post Graduates who have between two and four years of relevant professional experience are hired as Senior Associates. Senior Associates play leadership roles in engagements and are involved in project planning and management, business development, and client expectation management.
Manager
Professionals with between four and eight years of relevant professional experience are brought on board as Managers. They play a proactive role in multiple engagements at once, providing support to the team on content and management matters, while acting as the anchor for client relationships. They also contribute to business development, both from new clients as well as existing ones.
Associate Vice President
Associate Vice Presidents are seasoned professionals who are able to manage teams for client delivery while playing an active role in the development of the practice area in which they work. They actively shape the direction of the projects and provide support on the chosen areas for further growth.
Vice President
Vice Presidents are seasoned professionals, often with advanced business or development degrees and extensive industry experience. Vice Presidents are responsible for overseeing the development of their own practice areas while managing the growth of the company through organization building and business development efforts. They manage multiple projects, mentor younger team members, and play a significant role in guiding professional development within the company.
