Devanshu joins us as Principal with the Business Consulting & Research team in Intellecap. He will be based out of our Delhi office.

He holds an MBA in Infrastructure Management from NICMAR, Pune, and a B.Tech (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from CEPT University, Ahmedabad. Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI and holds a Diploma in Housing Law from ILS Pune.

Most recently, Devanshu was working with Sattva Consulting as Lead – Business Development and Partnerships. Prior to this, he was associated with Ernst & Young LLP, CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, Atos Syntel, and CEPT Research & Development Unit.

Devanshu is a management consulting professional with experience in managing large-scale transformation assignments for IFIs, Global Foundations, CSRs, Govt. as well as NGOs, and WASH, from a circular economy and resilience perspective. He has led the delivery of intricate assignments, contributing significantly to climate change adaptation by improving access to safe water and waste management services. Devanshu’s expertise encompasses circularity and innovation, social entrepreneurship, project management, partnerships and stakeholder management, program strategy, and business operations. His notable experience includes collaborations with prestigious clients such as The World Bank Group, MoEFCC, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Schindler Group, Mastercard Foundation, and various departments at both the Central and State levels. His impactful contributions reflect a holistic approach to sustainable development and a commitment to addressing global challenges.

Devanshu speaks English and Hindi. During his free time, he enjoys indulging in the culinary arts and exploring new destinations through travel.
