Poulomi has over 11 years of experience in the consulting space, specializing in the agriculture and clean energy sectors. At Intellecap, she focuses on designing innovative strategies and solutions that address critical challenges in sustainable agriculture and renewable energy in the Global South. She is passionate about empowering farmers, scaling climate-resilient solutions and sustainable agribusiness models, and promoting clean energy solutions that align with India’s broader development goals.
Her work intersects with key stakeholders, including multilateral institutions, government agencies, and private sector organizations, enabling impactful and scalable development interventions. Throughout her career, Poulomi has collaborated with prestigious clients such as The World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), GIZ, International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), the Department of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare (Government of India), the Department of Agriculture, Maharashtra, and the Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium (SFAC). These engagements have allowed her to contribute to high-impact projects aimed at improving farmer livelihoods, promoting agribusiness innovation, and advancing sustainable development goals. Before joining Intellecap, she spent 8.5 years at NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), where she developed deep expertise in conducting monitoring and evaluation studies, impact assessments, and baseline surveys across the agriculture and allied sectors.
