Shraddha has over 12 years of experience supporting enterprises in the private and social sector in India and United States. She has worked with these enterprises driving a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. In addition, she has strong expertise in client relations, impact evaluation, and capacity development. At Intellecap, she has worked on projects across sectors such as financial services, gender, livelihoods and WASH. She has co-authored a white paper on the indicators and impact of last mile mobile and internet connectivity. She also manages StartupWave, India – an early stage virtual incubation platform for entrepreneurs. She collaborates with entrepreneurs to develop their ideas, connects them to service providers and helps them develop market linkages.

Previously, she has worked with Grameen America Inc, and Bloomberg LLP. Shraddha has a B.A. in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, an MSc in Economics from University of Warwick and a MPA from New York University.
